Kate has been wanting a whole house fan for years, so we finally broke down and bought one. I installed it in about 4 hours and now the house is cooler in the evenings and mornings. I do not work for this company, but would endorse its product.

A friend of mine who owns this business asked me to update her website. I used Squarespace, but I am pretty familar with other editors. If you have a need for web services, email webguy@hey-todd.com |

I worked on the props for A Midsummer's Night Dream and Kate said she wanted a moon, so I built a luminary. I can build one for you or teach you how to build your own, it doesn't have to be a moon.

Jo also wanted a fence to keep the dogs in, so it was off to Home Depot for planks and paint.

I made everyone a bird house for Christmas. They were built so you can clean them out in the winter before the birds come.

When Neva Jo moved her she asked if I could change her patio into a Catio. The answer was, "Yes!" I added concrete to the existing slab, the cover was already there, so I added the lattice and the screen door. Now Jayne and Kayli enjoy the "out of doors".

Painted the entire house (2000 sq.ft). Used a brush on the vertical and roller on the horizontal. Sage green with brown trim. |

I build cedar window boxes for all the family. Kate filled they with soil and bulbs that will bloom in the spring. Pictures to follow. |

Removed the old Hobart, Kitchenaid that was singing. It required replumbing the intake water, but was a basic installation. |
